Variants extracted from the biomedical literature by Varaico, as bgzipped VCF with a tabix index. Each variant record carries an INFO/URL field linking back to its page on varaico.com so you can jump from a variant of interest straight to the supporting literature.

The files are bgzipped, so they can be queried directly with bcftools view or tabix. Make sure to download the matching .tbi index alongside the VCF for region queries.
